These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of Archive items sold by Wecycle Furniture through our webshop at wecyclefurniture.dk. Demo products refer to items previously used for demonstration purposes, including but not limited to photoshoots, trade fairs, or showroom displays.
Product Description
All Archive items are sold as is. Wecycle Furniture strives to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each product’s condition, including any known defects or damages. Product photos will illustrate the current condition of each item.
Prices and Payment
Prices for Archive items are listed on wecyclefurniture.dk. All prices are final and non-negotiable. Payment must be completed online using the accepted methods available at checkout.
No Warranty
Archive items are sold without any expressed or implied warranty. Buyers acknowledge they have had the opportunity to assess the product’s condition before purchase and accept the item as is.
Right of Complaint
By purchasing Archive items, customers acknowledge these goods are sold in their current condition with all defects or shortcomings clearly stated at purchase.
Complaints do not cover defects, damages, or wear described in the product listing or those expected from used or demo items. Complaints cover only hidden defects that were undisclosed at purchase and are not caused by normal wear and tear.
Complaints regarding hidden defects must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe after discovery and include a detailed description of the issue.
Wecycle Furniture reserves the right to repair, exchange, or offer a price reduction depending on the situation.
No Returns
Archive items cannot be returned unless explicitly agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
Delivery and Pickup
Selected Archive items may be eligible for curbside delivery, which can be selected and paid for during checkout. Delivery terms and prices will be clearly stated at purchase.

Dispute Resolution
