Over the past months, we have visited numerous factories — from wood industries to textile producers and stone workshops — speaking with people on the factory floors witnessing vast amounts of materials discarded every day. This sparked something in us.

Why do we throw away so much when we actually have everything we need?

Today, only 8% of sorted wood and 2% of sorted textiles are recycled. The rest is lost. At Wecycle Furniture, we want to change that.
